Sutar in 1942 at village Bagani, Taluka-Walwa , Dist.-Sangli , Maharashtra 416302 named M/s Sutar Engineering Works to fulfil local needs like Engine Repairing, Agricultural Implements, Fabrication, Flour Mill, Water Irrigation Works, Plumbing, etc. Today Industry has transformed from a locally based business into a sophisticated growth oriented organization named as “Olive Group of Industries" located at Pimpri, Pune, Maharashtra.

Now the industry is being run by Mr. Nisaar Sutar son of the Late Mr. K. H. Sutar with his highly qualified and dedicated team in different manufacturing commodities viz. Automobile Sheet Metal Press Components, CNC Components, Tool Manufacturing, Agro Implements, Upholstery Items, Ballata Packings, Household Steel Fabrications, Rolling Shutters, Home Appliances, Trading of Steel and Safety Items, with the future scope of Import Export and all in one destination for all agricultural needs also.
